Jennifer Cornbleet has perfected her already amazing Raw Food Made Easy. This newly updated edition includes over 50 new recipes, including green smoothies. Jennifer keeps raw food simple, yet her recipes are so delicious that you'll quickly find them becoming favorite go-to meals! One of my favorites is the Garden Wrap, which combines marinated vegetables with a collard green wrap for a fresh and flavorful delight. The V7 vegetable juice recipe is just amazing. No fruit needed to enjoy this flavorful juice! This book has all the raw vegan bases covered- nut milks, juices, smoothies, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert. Chocolate chip cookie dough? Yes, please! (leave out the chips to keep it raw, or replace with cacao nibs!) It also includes helpful charts on soaking and sprouting, as well as grocery lists to keep your kitchen stocked with everything you need to make the recipes.
